When HHCC Members get together for a class with Chef Rob it’s a great time for all!

Everyone gets a glass of wine when they arrive which lends to a relaxed atmosphere. The presentation includes recipes to take home and let’s not forget the amazing tastings of all the dishes demonstrated.

This month’s “Saucy” class focused on the 5 mother sauces of Escoffier. They were showcased in Shrimp and Pasta Toss and Chicken Wellington. It wasn’t over until a warm bread pudding topped with a classic Creme Anglaise Sauce was served.  The men have begun attending, some with their wives and some without. Fall Into Fitness This October at Harbor Hills

Beginning this October, Harbor Hills is “falling” into fitness. Our certified personal trainer, Stacy Snow, will make exercise fun and help you reach your fitness goals. In the fall months, Stacy plans to incorporate balance, strength, toning, core and cardio elements into her exercise program to create the best results possible. Come join us on Tuesdays and Fridays in the Harbor Room for our Tone & Burn class at 11:30 am and/or our Core & Abs class at 12:45 pm. Saturdays Stacy will be holding a Body Boot Camp/Powerwalk from 9 am – 10 am in various locations. Either pay per class or purchase unlimited classes for $175 a month.

If you enjoy something a little different join us for a tennis aerobics class, held every Friday from 8:30 am – 9:30 am – sign up by Wednesday of each week. Golf fitness with Tom is also available every Thursday from 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm.
